Repeat them again and again to your children. Talk about them when you are at home and when you are vacation, at night and in the morning. Monogram them on tee shirts and head bands as reminders. Write them on your French doors and in the driveway. Deuteronomy 6:7-9

1. He desires for us to live a long life.

So that you, your children and their children after them may fear the Lord , and so that you may enjoy long life. Deuteronomy 6:2

Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the Lord your God is giving you. Exodus 20:12

Now the Lord God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed. Genesis 2:8

If you do this, you will live many years:  Fear of the Lord lengthens one’s life. Proverbs 3:2;10:17

Gray hair is a crown of glory; Proverbs 16:31

2. He desires for us to live a long and enjoyable life.

If you obey all his decrees and commands, you will enjoy a long life. Deuteronomy 6:2

Make it your ambition to lead a quiet life: mind your own business and work with your hands.  Take care of your family. 1 Thessalonians 4:11

If you want to enjoy life and see many happy days, keep your tongue from speaking evil and your lips from telling lies. 1 Peter 3:10

If you do this, you will live many years, a satisfying life. Proverbs 3:2

Young people, it’s wonderful to be young! Enjoy every minute of it. Do everything you want to do; take it all in. But remember that you must give an account to God for everything you do. Ecclesiastes 11:9

O Israel, you should listen and be careful to do it, that it may be well with you and that you may multiply greatly, just as the Lord, the God of your fathers, has promised you, in a land flowing with milk and honey. Deuteronomy 6:3

May peace be within your walls, And prosperity within your palaces. Psalm  122:7

Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them (children). Psalm 127:5

If you listen and obey God, you will be blessed with prosperity throughout you life. All your years will be pleasant. Job 36:11

The Lord be magnified, Who delights in the prosperity of His servants. Psalm 35:27

4. He desires for us to live a long, enjoyable, prosperous and godly life.

Fear the Lord your God, serve Him only. Deuteronomy 6:13

My child, let me give you some further advice, this is whole story, the final conclusion: Fear God and obey His commands, for this is everyone’s duty. Ecclesiastes 12:12,13

Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk of God’s Word whereby, you will experience the fullness of Godly living. 2 Peter 2:2

Commit your heart to the Lord, and your plans will succeed. Proverbs 16:3

For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses his soul? Is there anything in this life that you would exchange for his soul? Matthew 16:26

Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and all things will go well with you. Matthew 6:33
